As an SDR at The Modern SDR, your mission is quite straightforward. You’ll be in charge of selling our programs to new inbound and/or outbound leads.
You have a strong track record of previous success in sales, capable of achieving remarkable results, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying issues, making course corrections and managing your own pipeline of prospects, tracking sales team metrics, and reporting them to the executive team.
You are an essential component of our customer experience. This is more than “Sales”, you are the first impression a prospect will get of the company and thus, you must be professional, an effective communicator, excellent at building rapport, and motivated to help them, because, you understand that the sales process itself, is a choreographed experience that should have the customer begging to buy, and ready to get his live changed with us.
We’re looking for young hungry people, 18-mid 20s, ideally male (though we have absolute female savages, so by all means, apply as well). We have an informal culture fit, joking around and having fun, getting along is a must, however, we know when to get back to business…
💼 RESPONSIBILITIES
▪︎ You'll engage with 1000s of prospects through social media platforms, calls, emails, and texts, utilizing our own CRM system, moving prospects to the proper pipeline stages.
▪︎ Qualifying leads, following up diligently and consistently with prospects over extended periods of time, handling no-shows, reschedules, and ensuring accurate sales data tracking.
▪︎ Assist & collaborate in daily team meetings, as well as weekly coaching from our experienced sales managers, Patrick and Eva, who have generated over $5M in info product sales over the course of their careers, both closing and managing teams themselves.
▪︎ Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships, with a clear, up-to-date, and accurate pipeline, documenting all interactions in the “notes” or escalating to the team.
▪︎ Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry, and be open to learning new processes in sales.
▪︎ A minimum of 200-300 DMs, calls, and follow-ups are expected working here, it’s not “rigid”, you can manage as long as you get excellent results, and that means, as much qualified appointments that show and close (our team of closers is dialed, at least 25% closing rate)
▪︎ Meet your quota, hit your KPIs, and submit daily your EOD with accurate information, so that we can track your performance and coach you in the right direction (this is a must).
▪︎ Good over the phone and meetings, communicating and presenting ideas, proficiency with CRM/Digital softwares, data analytical, decision maker & resilience.
▪︎ Routine driven, open to growing rapidly, self-sufficient and able to manage your own time, well-organized, strong negotiation, problem-solving & high emotional intelligence.
▪︎ EST Time Zone (Flexibility if you can manage), 40-60hrs/week, whatever it takes, even if that means working 1 day on the weekends, we only hire winners… and we win big.
